This is a video book review of John Jantsch’s Duct Tape Marketing.
This is a great book for non-profits, small businesses, and personal branders. John Jantsch covers every piece of marketing that might be relevant to your business, whether it’s business cards, how you website should be set up, how you should answer the phone, etc, etc, etc. I would definitely recommend that you pick this up and learn from it.

Hey Eric – thanks for the great review – love your chapter by chapter approach and also love that you are suggesting it for not for profits. Marketing isn't that hard, but it takes a lot of work!

Thank you very much, John. I was very impressed by your book's thoroughness, and I like how you give real examples of why marketing really is part of every position in an organization.

Eric,
Just now seeing this review – as one of the DTM Consultants, I can testify that it does work across all genres of organizations – small business, private schools, non-profits, ministries, churches, etc….anyone who wants to learn how to better communicate to its audience. Plus the foundation teaches the organization to spend their money more effectively because they do it based on an actual strategic plan not just a shot in the dark.

Thanks for commenting, Randy. I thought the book was great and most definitely have it in my “must read” section of the shelf for when people come by with the “Do you have any book suggestions” type questions.
