I am thrilled to announce that Grizzard was named in The Atlanta Journal Constitution’s “Top Workplaces – 2011” – a list of the best places to work in Atlanta. We were featured in the Sunday, April 17th, edition and also recognized in a special section of The AJC online that includes our own agency profile.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that employees completed a few months ago. Grizzard had a 94% response rate to the survey, which greatly exceeded the average company response of 55%.
I want to extend my thanks to everyone at Grizzard for taking the time to provide honest feedback in a number of areas related to Grizzard’s culture, such as organizational values, strategic vision, leadership, operations, pay and benefits and overall work environment and experience.
